Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of a senior living community, overseeing operations, finance, and resident/associate satisfaction. The role requires ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and robust financial performance across the campus.

The ED will recruit, develop, and motivate staff, manage budgets and rates, and drive occupancy and asset protection while maintaining adherence to company policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Minimum associates degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in assisted living/memory care and/or skilled nursing management; 3+ years for independent living.
• Positive criminal background screening.
• Drug-free workplace policy adherence.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR as per fleet policy.
• MVR reviews at hire and periodically thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the most senior role with responsibility for all sales, capital, and operations.
• Direct quality, care, resident satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage, educate, and develop all associates under supervision.
• Focus on financial objectives through budgeting, trend analysis, and rate optimization.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, supervise, and evaluate personnel; manage rewards and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all State/Federal/City/County requirements.
• Some travel required.
