Dimensions-Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our community, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will oversee repairs, preventive programs, and vendor coordination to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
• Management of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with outside vendors and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and company policies
• Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that maintenance and upkeep is aligned with the overall goals of the community
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
