Job summary

Oxford Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the general maintenance of the community, including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, and equipment. The role focuses on life safety programs and team leadership to maximize resident quality of life.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance and housekeeping, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing strong resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Two years of experience coordinating a maintenance program for a company or large division.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Lead the life safety program for the building.
• Supervise housekeeping and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Provide support and emergency coverage, 24/7 when needed.
