Job summary

Oxford Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to support daily upkeep of the community, including common areas, apartments, grounds, and equipment. You will assist the Maintenance Director with various repair tasks and safety checks, ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents.

Applicants should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, plus a High School diploma or GED. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with building maintenance and basic repairs is required.
• Strong problem-solving and safety conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with building and grounds upkeep.
• Inspect common areas and resident apartments for repair needs.
• Perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Maintain logs for equipment, hot water, and safety systems.
