Job summary

The Maintenance Director at MBK Senior Living leads the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. You’ll develop preventative maintenance plans, manage budgets, supervise a multi-disciplinary team, and uphold safety, regulatory and company standards across the community.

You’ll partner with executive leadership to deliver high-quality living experiences, mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in healthcare or residential settings.
• Ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Create and enforce proactive maintenance plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Develop and manage department budget and vendor relations.
• Coordinate resident maintenance requests and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
