Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management in healthcare or senior living.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with leading teams.
• Experience with building automation and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Develop and manage department budget and forecast needs.
• Oversee preventative maintenance plans for major systems (HVAC, electrical).
• Coordinate with vendors and executives to schedule work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
