Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Director in Wilmington, DE to lead the maintenance department with a focus on life-safety and facility reliability. You will assume administrative authority, supervise staff, and ensure records and policies are up to date.

The role requires on-call coverage and weekend commitments as part of its schedule. We value prior long-term care experience, independence, and strong computer skills to manage facilities efficiently in a care-focused

Now Hiring:Full-Time Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.

• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

• Computer knowledge.

• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required
