We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team! The position requires an organized, detail-oriented, driven candidate with excellent follow-up skills. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, maintaining systems, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance. Previous maintenance experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints and repair manuals are essential. Knowledge of Life Safety Code rules & regulations is also required.
