Position Summary:

Ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order, complying with policies, state, and federal regulations. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and maintain standards set by community administration and Maintenance Policies.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff and observe safety and sanitary techniques
• Flexible to work scheduled hours
• Must not pose a health and safety threat to others

Experience:

• At least two years in environmental services, maintenance, or a related trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday shifts
