Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes:

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination
• General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching
• HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator
• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
• NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director/ Supervisor because:

• You have healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
• You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
• You have basic carpentry skills.
• You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
