Responsibilities

1. Look after the maintenance of the hotel building and ensure that it contributes to a better hotel environment.
2. Inspect all the emergency tools regularly and ensure they are functioning properly.
3. Train staff to act effectively in emergency situations.

5. Plan renovations to minimize impact on hotel operations and guest experience.
6. Troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to guest complaints.
7. Assign tasks to team members.
8. Ensure technicians and janitors perform their duties properly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a relevant field.
• Diploma in Management may also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a reputable hotel.
• Certification such as Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is preferred.
