Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all maintenance personnel and daily operations to ensure efficient service and compliance with budgets and regulations.
• Implement and record preventive maintenance programs to keep the facility in optimal condition.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including parts and supplies used.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with staff regarding maintenance requests, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, perform repairs, and report serious issues.
• Prioritize and process work orders daily.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, collaborating with infection control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
