Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a maintenance role
• Nursing home experience required
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Licensing in accordance with current standards, codes, and laws
