Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Director to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for providing a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

As a Maintenance Director, your responsibilities include setting overall goals, strategies, and objectives for team members. You will maintain processes and procedures to achieve company objectives and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also implement a preventive maintenance system and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Maintenance Director will ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and adhere to the standards outlined in the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Plan.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Building maintenance and repair skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• An enthusiastic attitude and a positive contribution to the work environment
