FULL-TIME POSITION - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional on-call shifts as needed.

Requirements to join our team:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position
• Nursing Home experience required
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Licensing in accordance with current standards, codes, and labor laws
