Position and Schedule

• Maintenance Supervisor
• Full Time
• Shift: Monday - Friday and on Call

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the Grounds Department including maintaining lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, plants, ponds, and fountains.
• Maintain all parking areas.
• Install and maintain exterior signs.
• Maintain boundary fencing.
• Able to use and maintain all associated equipment and machinery.
• Assist residents with gardening.
• Remove snow and ice from roads and walks.
• Exterior trash removal.
• Replace exterior and parking deck lights.
• Maintain irrigation systems.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Administrator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.
• Ability to implement and initiate maintenance plans for grounds.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
