Position Overview: In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily activities and personnel within your service area. You will interact regularly with residents and their families, ensuring their satisfaction through tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. Your responsibilities include maintaining the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing housekeeping staff. You will also manage the purchasing, accounting, and tracking of supplies and equipment related to housekeeping and building services.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak understandable English
• Experience: 1-2 years in building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and related repairs to ensure resident comfort and safety, as well as preventive maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Physical Demands:

Must be physically capable of climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed for maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
