An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure the comfort and safety of residents through effective management of building maintenance and housekeeping staff. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for daily operations, including recruiting and training staff, managing supplies, and maintaining the facility's physical condition. With a focus on resident satisfaction, you'll interact with families and ensure a welcoming environment. Position Overview: In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily activities and personnel within your service area. You will interact regularly with residents and their families, ensuring their satisfaction through tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. Your responsibilities include maintaining the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing housekeeping staff. You will also manage the purchasing, accounting, and tracking of supplies and equipment related to housekeeping and building services.

Must be physically capable of climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed for maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
