Job summary

CHS (Community Health Systems) Belpre facility seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to lead daily maintenance operations, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure compliance with applicable standards. You’ll supervise Laundry/Housekeeping and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

You will need independent decision-making, leadership, and solid knowledge of maintenance practices to support facility operations and resident well-being.

Experience and Skills

In this position you will be responsible to coordinate the day to dayoperations of the Maintenance Department, up to and including thehands on completions of necessary repair work, in accordance withcurrent federal, state, and local standards, guidelines andregulations governing our facility, as may be directed by facilityadministrator and to assure that the facility is maintained in a safeand comfortable manor. Candidate must possess the ability to makeindependent decisions, follow instructions, possess leadership abilityand be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures.

Responsibilities also include oversight of the Laundry/Housekeeping Departments.
