Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Niles, OH is seeking a maintenance technician with experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry to support our healthcare residents. You will perform repairs, maintain facilities, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Unplug toilets and perform basic plumbing repairs.
• Repair washers and dryers; replace broken pipes/water lines.
• Maintain and replace light bulbs, electrical outlets, and wiring in equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance and safety tasks in the facility.

Experience and Skills

We are looking for a candidate, preferably with previous experiencein the healthcare environment with knowledge of plumbing repairs suchas, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing brokenpipes/water lines, maintain and replace light bulbs, electricaloutlets and replace wiring in various equipment used by the facility.Must have a valid driver license, high school education preferred, 1-2years experience in a related field, knowledge of plumbing,electrical, and carpentry is required!
