Job summary

Sicar Farms is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the Maintenance Department. You will enter and update maintenance work orders, record equipment data, and handle related documentation to keep records accurate and accessible.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of data entry or admin experience, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and the ability to work independently in a warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of data entry or administrative experience; maintenance or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CMMS preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update maintenance work orders into the maintenance management system.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and downtime.
• Input purchase orders, invoices, parts usage, and inventory information related to maintenance activities.
• File and organize maintenance documents, service reports, manuals, and equipment records.
• Track preventive maintenance schedules and notify the Maintenance Manager of upcoming or overdue tasks.
• Generate maintenance reports and spreadsheets as requested.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and information.
• Assist with inventory data entry for spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure work orders are properly documented and closed.
• Support administrative functions such as scanning, copying, filing, and preparing reports.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding maintenance documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
