Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
• Communicate maintenance updates and scheduling changes with customers.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure parts availability and outside work adheres to schedule.
• Provide customer service to ensure customers return for additional business.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
