The role involves hands-on coordination of preventative and corrective work, planning and scheduling, and ensuring resources are available to keep systems reliable and safe.

You will work with leadership and technicians to align plans with operational goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience in industrial operations.
• Associate’s degree and familiarity with maintenance tracking software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential for coordinating maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring timely execution of preventative and corrective work.
• Serve as the primary planning and scheduling contact for work orders, repairs, and compliance tasks.
• Oversee resource allocation—tools, parts, and personnel—for maintenance and operations needs.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, work orders, and documentation for clear stakeholder communication.
• Support and optimize the use of Maximo for work order creation, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and technicians to align maintenance plans with safety and operational goals.
• Contribute to training programs related to facility maintenance and system usage.
• Participate in organizational initiatives as a subject matter expert in maintenance coordination.
