Job summary

Pinnacle Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in New Albany, Indiana. You will lead ~20 technicians across multiple shifts, partnering with Engineering and Production to troubleshoot equipment, improve processes, and drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician on automated machines in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance/technical personnel.
• Strong mechanical and automated manufacturing background.
• Experience with Engineering teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~20 maintenance technicians across day/night shifts.
• Coordinate technician schedules for coverage.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, develop, and discipline staff.
• Maintain accountability with a collaborative leadership style.
• Troubleshoot equipment with Engineering and Operations.
• Drive maintenance process improvements and documentation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and PM effectiveness.
• Ensure tools, supplies, and resources are available.
• Support safety initiatives around automation equipment.
• Engage with Engineering on tooling, new projects, and products.
