Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Florida is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a corrugating department and help meet KPI targets related to safety, uptime, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role within the corrugate industry, strong electrical and PLC knowledge, and experience in a union environment. This role emphasizes developing staff and maintaining budgetary controls.

Qualifications

• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box (industry exposure)
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Experience working in a union environment

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met and kept within proper thresholds
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime
• Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management

• In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).
• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience and be ready to move into a management role within 24 months.
