Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with corrugate industry experience to lead the maintenance team in a plant that converts paper into packaging. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on achieving KPIs, safety, and uptime.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead position, strong electrical/PLC knowledge, and familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems. Relocation may be considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box.
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs.
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds.
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime.
• Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.

• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience
