Job summary

Job Juncture in Florida is seeking a maintenance supervisor with corrugate industry experience to help lead the department, monitor KPIs, and work under the Maintenance Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong electrical and PLC knowledge, and ability to train staff, manage scheduling, and control plant downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role with industry experience
• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime
• Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management

• In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).
• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience and be ready to move into a management role within 24 months.
