Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our corrugate manufacturing plant in Florida. You will help lead the maintenance team, align with KPIs, and support safety and reliability initiatives.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role within the corrugate industry, with strong electrical and PLC knowledge, and familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems. Experience in a union environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box.
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Union environment

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs.
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds.
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime.
• Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management

• In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).
• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience and be ready to move into a management role within 24 months.
