Maintenance Manager - Corrugated Packaging

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations in a high-volume corrugated container manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities for a corrugated packaging plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
>Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
