The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks for a large, complex apartment community or group of communities. Responsibilities include supporting service requests, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, project management, and general administration.
The right candidate must have excellent relationship building and customer service skills, as well as exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. You know how to tackle problems head-on while juggling multiple responsibilities and supporting a large team of associates.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and schedules, and adhere to and enforce required deadlines.
