What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email, ensuring efficiency and friendliness
- Review proposals to confirm services performed adhere to manufacturer guidelines and appropriate pricing
- Negotiate pricing, apply warranty applications, and issue purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Communicate with clients to recommend repair procedures and obtain necessary approvals
- Suggest appropriate service locations for clients and relay recommendations to internal business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in Salt Lake City, UT area or surrounding Utah counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
