The State of North Carolina is hiring a Maintenance/Construction Technician II at the Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. This role involves maintaining and constructing essential facilities while ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in maintenance and construction along with a high school diploma or GED.
Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is accepting applications for a Maintenance/Construction Technician II.

The duties for this position include the repair and construction of components necessary to keep the facility and surrounding property in proper working condition for the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents and staff. Included in the scope of work are a 224,000 square foot main structure, nine 1,500 square foot cottages, 1,080 interior doors, and 20 +/- acres of grounds.
Flexibility is required for training/education purposes and to meet the needs of the facility.
