Salary Grade: NC03; Recruitment Range: $31,200 - $50,298
Position 60038522 - Maintenance - Monday to Friday, 1st shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm). Work schedule may vary and include evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency hours. On-call duties are required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants must document experience in at least two mechanical trades such as electrical, plumbing, vehicle repair, HVAC, or welding. Certification and experience in welding are preferred.
Physical Requirements
Heavy work involving exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in mechanical or building trades. Relevant certifications, such as EPA Type I, II, III, or Universal technician, may be required.
