Responsibilities

• Support Fleet Manager by keeping tasks and priorities on track.
• Maintain records, schedules, and inventory to keep information accurate and organized.
• Enter fleet and maintenance data into the system daily.
• Prepare and manage documents such as reports and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and accounting to complete tasks on time.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for correct payment.
• Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
