Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to interpret contract language and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Maintenance Billing processes, systems, and customer billing requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing, contract, and system-related issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Contract Administration, AR, Operations, and DT to support business objectives and issue resolution.
• Prioritize and manage billing exceptions, system defects, and operational escalations.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
• Provide advanced user support, training, and process guidance.
• Support system enhancements through testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, and training materials.
• Support reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
