Job summary

ERock seeks a Billing/CMMS Administrator to manage the end-to-end work order lifecycle from field completion to invoicing. You will collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate billables and timely invoicing, resolve blockers, and maintain CMMS data quality for efficient field service operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in billing/CMMS administration, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to support process improvements in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office work order process from field completion through closure and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to ensure billable work orders have required items for invoicing.
• Identify and resolve workflow blockers in billing and CMMS processes.
• Prepare quotes and approvals, maintain documentation in CMMS and work orders.
• Monitor invoice and work order information and communicate with customers via portals and email.
• Serve as admin for CMMS/Field Service Management System and maintain data quality.
