Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, especially during month-end reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate client invoices based on completed service and contract rates.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately
• Review billing data and correct discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing information
• Reconcile billing data, billable hours, and material costs with input from operations team.
• Answer client inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and issue necessary adjustments or credits.
• Prepare routine reports on unbilled work‑in‑progress (WIP) and monthly revenue totals for management.
