Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and to complete work orders efficiently. You will join a team dedicated to high-quality service in a senior living setting, contributing to daily operations and resident comfort.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong communication, and reliable transportation, with weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
