Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team in New York. You will perform general maintenance tasks to keep our campuses safe, functional and welcoming for residents and staff.

We value reliability, teamwork and strong communication, with weekend/holiday on-call rotation required. Our program offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for ongoing education and growth within a leading senior living company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the general maintenance field.
• Experience with Grounds maintenance.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and on call rotation.
• Able to work interdependently and as part of a team.
• Excellent work ethic, self motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
