Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Rosemary Beach, FL. This role supports our resident communities with upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely service orders to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of maintenance experience, reliability, and strong communication. Weekend/holiday availability and a proactive, organized approach are essential to meet resident needs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
