Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team. You will service and repair in a commercial senior living environment, complete work orders, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and you’ll have opportunities for education and benefits as part of our supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
