The Watermark at Southpark Meadows is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support our senior living community in Austin, TX. You will handle work orders, routine upkeep, and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
