Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
