Tarantino Properties in San Antonio, TX, seeks Maintenance Assistants to join our apartment maintenance team. You will handle routine work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and support a skilled crew to keep interiors and exteriors in top condition.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes and work order systems.
• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
