Responsibilities include completing work orders, make-ready tasks, diagnosing basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintaining pool equipment, and on-call maintenance. The role requires reliability, proactivity, and the ability to handle diverse tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance and completing work orders.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces and plumbing.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
