Tuscany Park Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep the building and grounds in good repair through routine tasks and urgent work orders.

You'll perform make-ready tasks, diagnose basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintain pool equipment, and participate in an on-call rotation. The team values reliability, proactivity, and ready problem solving.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
