Oak Park Place in Baraboo, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities team. You will help maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, and drive residents to appointments, along with other light maintenance duties.

The ideal candidate has experience in facilities or maintenance and customer service, a friendly manner, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, and flexible schedules.

Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, driving residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
• Valid Driver's License
