Job summary

Oak Park Place in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team with grounds upkeep, room prep for new residents, and light duties.

You will also assist with driving residents to appointments, ensuring a safe, friendly environment for our residents, with competitive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities management or maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Friendly manners and desire to help residents.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Requirements

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
