Job Details

• Must be flexible with Holidays and Weekends*
• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Location: Canton, MA

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords
• Perform scheduled and general maintenance projects
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• Prepare vacant units for move-in according to community standards
