Job summary

Xpress Global Systems, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator – Maintenance to manage tractor trailer maintenance data and streamline office processes that keep our asset systems accurate and up to date.

You will track tractors, trailers, lift trucks and inventory, process work orders and supplier invoices, and coordinate with Safety, HR and Operations to resolve equipment issues. Strong Excel and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial tractor trailer maintenance knowledge is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant tractor trailer maintenance or maintenance administration experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and keep accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset management information systems for tractors, trailers, lift trucks and equipment.
• Manage Work Requisition – Work Order and PO processes for shops and vendors.
• Update maintenance OS records and document control practices.
• Order parts and manage inventory through inventory systems.
• Interface with vendors on equipment repair and audit bills for accuracy.
• Daily inventory workflow reporting and PM schedule maintenance communication.
• Identify new vendors to improve cost, quality, or timeliness of repairs.
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Operations on equipment issues.
