Job summary

U.S. Xpress, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to act as a liaison among lease drivers, maintenance staff, and service vendors in Tunnel Hill, GA.

You will oversee repair status, obtain cost estimates, and ensure work aligns with Cetaris work orders and warranty coverage. The role requires 3–5 years in truck/auto service, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with shop repair costs and VMRS coding. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in truck or automotive service or parts preferred.
• Strong Excel and basic accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with drivers, internal departments, and vendors.
• Obtain cost estimates for major component failures and repairs.
• Ensure repairs stay within standard guidelines and warranty coverage.
• Authorize repairs above maintenance limits and report discrepancies to Management.
• Reconcile yard checks and service invoices with Cetaris work orders.
